Corp of One
[ 00 — Corp of One ]

Your AI pilots are scattered. We make them one platform you can measure.

Build-with-you coaches build it beside your team, measure the return, and hand over the know-how.

What you get Book a call

[ 01 — The program office ]

Every big change needed a bigger program.

Steering committees, status decks, and a year before anything shipped.

[ 02 — The shift ]

September 2026. The record left its app.

Salesforce announced AIforce on September 15: its data and permissions, reachable from Claude and Slack.

[ 03 — One standard ]

Scattered pilots spiral into one standard.

Models. Data. Permissions. Spend. Review.

[ 04 — The center ]

A small team holds the center.

[ 05 — The split ]

You run the center. Units run the work.

Business units own their use cases. The central team owns standards, platforms and review.

[ 06 — Coverage ]

Small at the center. Felt in every unit.

One platform, one review path, one way to measure return.

[ 07 — Train and build ]

Train the center. Build the platform. Same week.

Train

The central team’s craft: operating model, standards, review and return on investment, learned on your live programs.

Build

The shared platform every unit builds on: model access, data connections, guardrails and dashboards, built beside your team.

[ 08 — The fortnight ]

Three moves from the last fortnight.

  1. No new permissions model, no migration, no custom integration work.

  2. Anthropic and Accenture each expect to invest at least $1 billion in building capacity in this area over the next five years.

  3. Today’s Executive Order will create a new AI Task Force to address several of the top concerns I’ve heard across the Commonwealth.

[ 09 — The map ]

AI policy now arrives state by state.

Track the places where you employ people, hold data and rent compute.

[ 10 — Next year ]

Models will rotate. The record stays yours.

Contract for change: named models, spend caps, and a second supplier ready.

[ 11 — Advise or build ]

Advise the center. Or build it with you.

[ Questions ]

What is Corp of One?
Corp of One (corpofone.com) is a Utlyze site for leaders in large organizations who run enterprise-wide AI work with a small central team: AI programs, transformation offices and lean business units.
What is an AI operating model?
It is how an organization decides, funds, builds, governs and measures AI work: who approves a use case, who pays for it, which platform it runs on, who reviews it and how its return is counted.
What is an AI center of excellence, and how is it staffed?
A small central team that sets standards, runs shared tools and helps business units adopt AI. A common shape is a leader, platform engineers, a review and risk lead, and a measurement lead, with the business units supplying the people who own each use case. Staffing decisions carry HR and legal duties; this is general education, not advice.
Can a small team run an enterprise AI program?
Yes, if the split is clear. Business units own their use cases and results. The central team owns standards, the shared platform, vendor contracts and review. The central team stays small because it does not build every use case itself.
How do we measure enterprise AI ROI?
Pick one process and record its numbers before anything changes: hours spent, error rate, cost per case and how long a case takes to close. Record them again after the change. Seat licenses and pilot counts show activity, not return.
How should procurement evaluate AI vendors at scale?
Beyond price and capability, ask where the data goes and whether it is retained, whether existing permissions carry through, what happens to capacity and service if the vendor’s plans slip, and how hard it is to move to a second supplier. This is general education, not legal or procurement advice.
How are Consult and Build priced?
Consult is $400 an hour, reserved in 5-hour blocks ($2,000 at minimum). Build is $15,000 a month. Each month, pick up to 5 business processes for our build-with-you coaches to work on. They build your AI systems with you and teach your team to run them. If you ever leave, the systems stay with you. Agents work only on your systems, and a shared 24/7 on-call rotation answers, with response times in writing.
How is this different from Business of One?
Business of One is for owners building and running their own AI-first business. Corp of One is for large organizations that want small central teams to run enterprise-scale AI work. Both are run by Utlyze, and both offer Consult and Build on identical terms.
Is this legal, HR, security or investment advice?
No. What this site says about workforce, security, law, tax or investing is education only. Decisions in those areas belong with your own counsel, HR, security and finance specialists.
How do we start?
Fill in the short form that ends the home page. Pick Consult for a block of hours, Build for build-with-you coaches who build beside your central team, or Not sure yet if you want to talk it through first.
