Each block opens with the Of One method. Before any design work, we write down who owns the decision, which result counts, what the facts are today and which constraints are fixed.
After that, the hours are spent on your own documents: the use-case backlog, the vendor list, the current AI policy and last quarter’s numbers. Together we draft what the units will actually follow.
