What a process is

A business process is one job your team repeats, start to finish: from what starts it to a finished result you can check. For example, a new use case gets reviewed and approved.

Each one belongs to one team, with one owner on your side, and runs in the tools you already use. Bigger jobs are split, and you approve the list.

A process counts toward your 5 from the day work starts until it is live and your team has taken it over, or until you drop it.

What each becomes

A working automation that runs on your real work, in your own accounts, and has passed a test your owner signed off.

A person approves anything that can’t be undone. If it fails, it falls back to today’s way, and your owner can run it.

Three levels

Build comes in three levels, and each adds to the one before it. Each level has a three-month minimum term.

Build · $15,000 a month

Up to 5 business processes at once.

Build Plus · $25,000 a month

Up to 10 business processes at once. Adds processes that talk to your customers live or touch health, payment or student records, same-day requests, and 2 of your people trained as champions.

Build Program · $50,000 a month

Up to 20 business processes at once, across departments. Adds a named person on call around the clock as your backup, one shared platform piece at a time, and an MSA, a DPA, insurance and a security review.

Quoted separately

New software products and replacing a core system are each quoted separately.

Who does the work

Your central team works side by side with our build-with-you coaches. They build your AI systems with you and teach your team to run them. If you ever leave, the systems stay with you.

Agents work only on your systems, and a shared rotation answers pages 24/7 with response times in writing.

What we build

The shared layer business units build on: approved model access, connections to the systems of record, permissions that follow the data, guardrails, and dashboards for cost and quality.

The first use cases on that layer, chosen with the units that own them, so the platform proves itself on real work.

Monitoring, and fixes through a shared 24/7 on-call rotation, so production systems do not wait for a business day.

Agree: your central team and our build-with-you coaches work through the Of One method to settle the goals, the fixed limits and what comes first.

Ship: small pieces reach production early, and each one is compared with the numbers recorded before it began.

Hand over: your people pair with our build-with-you coaches, so the central team can run and change what was built.
